Terms of Service
Vioro — Plain-English Legal Conditions (Founder Preview)These terms govern your use of Vioro, operated by Cyze AS, Norway (Org. No. 932 904 500). By signing up or using the Service, you accept these terms in full. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. Service Commitment & Availability
1.1 Service Level Objective (SLO)
We target 99.5% uptime for our core monitoring services, measured monthly. During the Founder Preview, the Service is provided on a best-effort basis. No service credits or compensation are available for downtime in this phase.
1.2 Scheduled Maintenance
We may perform maintenance that temporarily affects availability. We will give reasonable advance notice (via email or the status page) and schedule maintenance during off-peak hours where possible. Maintenance windows are excluded from the SLO calculation.
1.3 Check Frequency & Precision
The frequency and precision of monitoring checks (e.g. 1-minute intervals with ±5 seconds tolerance) are determined by your selected plan.
1.4 Limitation of Liability for Service Issues
Cyze AS is not liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from missed, delayed, or duplicate alerts; false positives; false negatives; system errors; or failure to meet the stated SLO. See Section 6 for the full liability cap.

3. Founder Preview & Plan Transitions
3.1 What Is the Founder Preview?
The Founder Preview is an early-access plan offered to our first customers at a grandfathered price and under these terms. It is subject to the conditions below.
3.2 Transition to Standard Plans
The Founder Preview terms are time-limited. Before any plan transition, we will:
- Send you multiple advance notifications (at least 30 days prior) by email and in-app banner
- Clearly describe the new plan, pricing, and features
- Give you the option to cancel before the transition takes effect
If you do not cancel before the transition date, your subscription will automatically migrate to the applicable standard plan. Continued use after transition constitutes acceptance of the new plan terms.
4. Payments, Cancellation & Refunds
4.1 Trial Period
New accounts receive a 14-day free trial. No payment is required during this period. Access ends automatically if you do not subscribe before the trial expires.
4.2 Payments
All billing and auto-renewal is handled by Stripe. Access to active monitoring is suspended immediately if a payment fails and remains unresolved.
4.3 Cancellation
Cancel any time via your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period (monthly or annual). You retain access to the Service until that date. No partial refunds are issued for unused time within a billing period.
4.4 EU/EEA Consumer Withdrawal Right
If you are an EU/EEA consumer purchasing for personal use (not on behalf of a business), you have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal under EU Directive 2011/83/EU. Vioro’s 14-day free trial gives you the full withdrawal period to evaluate the Service at no cost and with no obligation. By proceeding to a paid subscription after the trial, you acknowledge that you have had the opportunity to evaluate the Service and waive any remaining withdrawal right. Cancellation per Section 4.3 applies at all times regardless.
5. Termination & Suspension
We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without notice, if you breach these Terms, engage in prohibited use, or create legal or regulatory risk for Cyze AS. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (including IP rights, liability limitations, and indemnification) will continue to apply.
